Consistency for rehab exercises is so often the key to success!!
Have Simonne and Jess told you to do calf raises daily… do them while you wait for your morning coffee to brew
What about wall squats?? Sneak in 10 every time you use the bathroom and by the end of the day you’ve easily completed 50, (depending on your level of hydration of course!)
It takes between 18-20 days to build a new habit, but at SSP we encourage habit stacking to make this process a little easier.
